This is a very handy original Rollei made in Germany accessory. Aluminum case will host one SL 66 camera (all series) plus (for example) 3 extra lenses up to 250mm, prism, extra film back, several roll films, extension rings and filters. There are two adjustable leather holders for filters on a part in the opening lid which conceals manual and other papers (see left picture). The interior can be adjusted to fit all sizes of accessories. Case is about 5"x 12,5"x 14,5" (HxDxW). This case can easily be used as a stand, it is very sturdy.
